I recently set up a service to clean my dryer vent, it was exceptional. The appointment was booked easily with Jo. Iain arrived at the scheduled time with his A-plus attitude. Not only did he take care of he dryer vent but troubleshot my power issue by testing the fuse, gave me solid advise and left me with a recommendation for an appliance repair person should I need that service in the future. I would highly recommend!

Iain came on time and after locating my dryer vent that was on my roof he went up and cleaned it and than checked my Dryer after cleaning. his job was done in a
reasonable time frame and efficient way.

I had Iain in to clean my dryer vent. Very knowledgeable and competent. Had it done in no time and passed on a lot of useful information. While he was there he also repaired our sliding screen door. Would definitely recommend

Fast, great service
I reached out to Dryer Vent Cleaner for a quote on Tuesday and had an appointment time booked by Wednesday afternoon. The team reached out with available dates, times, an explanation of what Iain would do and the price. Iain showed up within the time frame given and was very friendly. He explained the test he did on my dryer, and then got to work cleaning out the vent. A nice touch was giving me a magnet to put on my dryer so I could keep track of when the vent should be cleaned out again (in about 5 years was his recommendation for me). Thanks again for the great service!

Dryer vent issue resolved
Iain came over yesterday and was able to resolve the problem in no time. Our vent was outside our house on the 2nd level. He is professional and had all the equipment to do it well and also provided us tips on how to resolve it in case it does happen again ..excellent service Thank you Iain.

Very friendly and quick service!
My husband and I just moved into an old house and needed a dryer vent installed. Iain came by and had our washer and dryer up and running within a couple of hours! He was extremely personable and the cost of the service was very reasonable. He even went above and beyond to replace our old dryer hose with one that fits the space better. We are really happy and would highly recommend Iain’s services!

Honest Iain
Iain was working at our neighbour’s today and I asked him about replacing one our vents because it was missing a flap. Iain found a replacement in his truck and fixed it for free. He could have replaced the whole vent but helped us out this way instead.
It’s rare to find people who help you out this way.
